Taste polenta in all its variations

Polenta, also known as "Plentn" in the local dialect. The yellow maize semolina was and is a typical ingredient in South Tyrolean cuisine. At the Polenta Festival in Natz-Schabs we serve polenta in all variations: Sweet or savoury, as a side dish or main course. The large display cauldron with the bubbling yellow "Plent" attracts gourmets from all over the country. Musical entertainment and the farmers' market with regional products provide the perfect accompaniment.

The Polenta Festival takes place as part of the Summer night Event on Wednesday, 14 August 2024, from 8 pm in Natz.

This means that we pay attention to sustainable organisation: We primarily use regional, seasonal products and reusable crockery. We avoid waste and ensure the meticulous separation of recyclable materials. We promote environmentally friendly mobility and other measures. So, we can celebrate with a good feeling, and so can you!
